Delivery:

How much does delivery cost?

QCUM Menswear operates a free delivery service on all orders over £50 posted to a UK based address. Postage is £3.50 for items under £50.

Items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded post. This means someone will need to sign for your item. International delivery is available although a charge for delivery will be necessary.

European Shipping is charged at £7

Rest of World Shipping is charged at £12


Can I pick my item up from you?

Unfortunately we don’t offer this service to customers, it is a much more efficient process for us to send out your item and as its free if you are in the U.K, why make the effort when we will do it all for you!

Other Charges?

If any other charges are made by Royal Mail to recover the parcel after a failed delivery or in the case of an international customer any custom or import duties, the buyer is responsible for the payment of these.

Payment and Ordering:

Is online ordering the only option?

QCUM Menswear only accepts orders through the website as this is the safest, fastest, easiest and most secure method of ordering and buying the goods.

Is it safe to buy online?

Buying your clothes from QCUM Menswear couldn’t be safer. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect and safeguard information. Our technology has a number of features:
Data Integrity – The data is checked to make sure it hasn’t been changed.
Encryption – The data is encoded so that it can’t be read by anyone other than our server.
Authentification – This ensures the data is sent to the correct place.

Methods of payment:

We accept credit or debit card, the cards we accept are
Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta, American Express.

We also accept Paypal should you wish to pay using this method.
All credit and debit card payments are processed through PayPal

Payment Methods

Products and Availability:

Once an item is placed on sale, we aim to keep stocking the item in all sizes for as long as possible. All stock we have currently shows on the website. All of our products are sourced either direct from the brands or through registered suppliers so we have a constant source. Some products may occasionally be unavailable but we aim to keep this to a minimum.

Technical Issues:

If you stumble across technical issues when using our website we recommend the first thing you do is run a windows update (If you are running windows!). This is available from the Microsoft website.

If you are having trouble logging in, make sure that you are using the correct email address and password.

If the shopping basket appears to be deleting items it is probably due to you using the back button on your browser, when you add an item to the shopping cart then proceed with the menus.

If when you attempt to pay for the item there is a message saying that your card has expired when it hasn’t, check the system date on your computer as this may be the problem.

Returns or Exchanges:

At QCUM Menswear we feel the most important thing is customer satisfaction, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase* then contact us at help@qcumclothing.com for the return address for further instruction. You can also contact us using the Contact Us page with your request.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us, we recommend using a recorded service such as the royal mail recorded. The cost of the return is also the responsibility of the buyer.

On receipt of your item a full refund, credit or an exchange as requested will be processed*. Please note that exchanges are only available if you require a different size, if you require a different style then you will need to ask for a refund and order your new product separately.

Faulty or Incorrect Item Received

If we have mistakenly dispatched an incorrect item or the item is faulty when it gets to you then please email help@qcumclothing.com within 10 days of your order being received and quote your name, address and the details of the error and also if you require a replacement or refund. We will then get back to you with instructions on what to do next. It is important for you to keep the product in original condition i.e. the condition it reached you.**

Please allow us time to process your refund or to send out a replacement and remember that in the case of a refund it can take up to 14 days for your bank or card issuer to credit your account on top of the time it takes us to administer the refund, if there is a problem still then we can send a refund in the form of a cheque.


*All returns from international customers will be due to a £5 restocking fee taken out of the refunded value.

**Please note that when you try on a product, keep the packaging undamaged and please don’t wear aftershave or deodorant which can leave a scent or marks on the product, please keep all the enclosed invoices and tags with your product.
